AECOM International Development's Urban Infrastructure Division (UID) provides infrastructure development and urban growth management services in resource-challenged environments. We specialize in the design and implementation of multisectoral urban infrastructure programs that combine capital improvements with regulatory reform and/or institutional capacity building measures. UID works closely with end users to determine priorities and preferences, assesses the feasibility of all aspects of proposed infrastructure investments, packages projects for possible funding by international agencies, and manages the implementation of complex investment programs.
