Brasilia II Master Plan

AECOM International Development and our partners EDAW and Metcalf & Eddy have been awarded the Brasilia II Master Plan project by Brazil's top developer, Alphaville. The project calls for preparation of a master plan for a new 2,260-hectare satellite town outside Brazil's capital city. The team was selected for its ability to deliver in Brazil, currently in the middle of a national real estate boom, a modern and replicable brand of land planning based on environmental, social, and economic sustainability. We will work closely with the client to define market strategies and design concepts before preparing options for land development, including residential and mixed use areas. The preferred option will be selected and finalized based on its ability to perform in the marketplace, minimize adverse environmental impacts, and facilitate improved quality of life for future residents.
